A WMS that could provide them with improved inventory visibility and order turnaround across a distributed distribution network, comprised of company-operated and third-party outsourced facilities.
An aggressive inventory slotting and profiling solution to accommodate the introduction of up to 500 new products per month.
     
Implemented the IRMS Warehouse Management System with RF technology in their central distribution center and multiple remote (third-party) warehouses, totaling 500,000 square feet.
Integrated IRMS with high-speed conveyors, in-line scales and printers, Pitney Bowes Shipping system and CorVu for graphical Business Intelligence reporting.
     
IRMS has helped Danbury Mint reduce their number of third-party facilities, increase productivity, and grow their business exponentially without increasing labor.
