Project Coordinator/Business Analyst:
Help execute large-scale projects, implementing public health inventory management software solutions. Responsibilities: project findings analysis reports, setting and maintaining client communications, ensuring task completion, problem escalation and report preparation. Requires weekly travel and heavy client interface. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with exposure/interest in computer management systems and/or database design, as well as excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and listening skills. This person should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. Undergraduate degree and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint also required. Project management experience, knowledge of inventory management systems, program management or public health experience are all pluses.

Entry Level Project Manager:
Manage the implementation of IRMS Warehouse Management software for clients. We are seeking individuals who are warehouse/logistics personnel with experience using RF, bar coding systems. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, but NO formal project management experience is required. This position is for warehouse/logistics professionals looking for an entry into the technology side of warehouse management.

Applications Support Specialist:
Provide guidance and assistance to end users and business partners of Integrated Warehousing Solutions IRMS software application. We are seeking individuals experienced in managing customer interactions, who have excellent communication skills, telephone presence, and the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. A minimum of 2-5 years of professional support experience is required. Preferred skills include experience with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, .Net client architectures, and database management.

Operations Administrator:
Manage and maintain UNIX, Linux and Microsoft Windows servers/workstations in support of clients and staff. Duties include administration of development and support servers, support and architecture of network infrastructure, vendor liaison support for ongoing and proposed systems integration projects, and tasks as assigned. Candidates should have thorough knowledge and experience in system administration of at least one flavor of UNIX or Linux as well as Microsoft Windows servers. Some Web development or database management skills and experience dealing with vendor providers are pluses.

Essential skills including project planning, management of resources to perform tasks according to plan, estimation of timeframes and quality/quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects, and conducting periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan. Education and skill requirements include a degree in business, marketing, sales, computer science or logistics, the ability to direct project activities of a consulting team, the ability to resolve complex business application problems, and excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. The ability/willingness to travel is also required.

Candidates for this position must combine a thorough understanding of software product sales, sales cycle management with business application software proficiency, and must also possess a strong background in warehousing, distribution or inventory control. Education and skill requirements include a degree in business, marketing, sales, logistics or industry equivalent experience, the ability to demonstrate complex business application software, and excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills. The ability/willingness to travel is also required.

Programmer Analyst:
Adapt application programs to achieve clients' business objectives. Assist customers in designing solutions to ensure effective operations. Alter programs to maintain efficiency of overall systems. Suggest modifications to existing computer programs and systems. Requirements include minimum two years as an IT professional and experience with Progress and UNIX/Windows Server architectures. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics also required.
