With more than 30 years experience in the Information Technology industry, he is responsible for strategic planning, business development and execution, and oversees inter-company performance. Mr. Upp is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Carl Brewer

Carl Brewer is a founding member and President of Integrated Warehousing Solutions. The company was in fact borne of a warehouse management system engagement for which he was responsible as a consultant working for UPP Business Systems. Mr. Brewer has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology design, deployment and integration. He is responsible for distribution fulfillment, operations analysis, and oversight for Field Services, Technical Support, Sales, and overall customer satisfaction. Mr. Brewer is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

James Buishas
CFO:
James Buishas is the Chief Financial Officer of UPP Business Holdings and all of the company's divisions. He has more than 20 years of experience primarily in the Information Technology industry, and is responsible for financial planning, cash management, and auditing. He also has oversight responsibility for the companies' Administration, Finance and Human Resources departments. Mr. Buishas is a CPA, has a Master's degree from DePaul University, Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.

Jim Laverty
Vice President of Sales & Marketing:
Jim Laverty is Vice President of Sales & Marketing. APICS Certified, Mr. Laverty has more than 10 years of Supply Chain experience and is responsible for distribution fulfillment and operations. He also has oversight responsibility for business development and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Mr. Laverty is an attorney and member of the Illinois State Bar. He earned his J.D. from the Thomas Cooley School of Law in Michigan, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Ambrose University, also in Michigan.

Joel Epstein is the companies' Chief Technology Officer. He has more than 10 years progressively more responsible experience in Information Technology design, deployment and integration, and oversight responsibility for Field Services, Technical Support, Pre-Sales and Marketing. He is a Linux RedHat Certified Engineer, and a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
