IRMS Warehouse Management System Selected by Distribution Solutions International for Pharmaceutical Distribution |

Downers Grove, IL -- July 15, 2003 --Integrated Warehousing Solutions, exclusive provider of the award-winning IRMS Warehouse Management System, announced an agreement today with Distribution Solutions International, Inc. (DSI), a distribution management firm headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan. DSI provides delivery management expertise internationally, including fulfillment, distribution, time-specific delivery, and consulting services to the airline, pharmaceutical and publishing industries. Select clients include Delta Air Lines, Pfizer, Merck and Schering-Plough.
With a phased implementation approach, Integrated Warehousing Solutions has first installed IRMS in DSI's Memphis Distribution Facility. Measuring 125,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art facility houses primarily lot-controlled pharmaceutical samples and other non-stock kit component inventory. Continuing Phase II efforts include customization of the software to accommodate industry-specific requirements for the government's Price Index/Producer Price Index (PI/PPI) revision, and implementation of a third-party Billing system as well as Progress WebSpeed.
Owing to the critical patient care element of the DSI implementation, Integrated Warehousing Solutions and IRMS are also in the process of being validated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration using Good Automated Manufacturing Process (GAMP4) standards relevant controls for closed systems, automated equipment, and production and process controls. Once the audit is complete, IRMS will be effectively FDA-approved.
