IRMS can produce UPC 1D, 2D industry-specific item, carton, and pallet labeling, including unique identifiers such as manufacturer, product, lot, batch, serial, and expiration date, on-demand.
With IRMS, during the Packing process, PRO numbers or other carrier-specific carton IDs, e.g. UPS or FedEx, may be assigned. UCC-128 Shipping Container Marking, i.e. SCM, labels may be printed. Packing lists may also be printed for each carton.

This includes customer-specific labeling (for generic parts requiring any of a number of manufacturer-specific labels), point of origin labeling (as is common with multi-channel retailers) and gift labeling (so recipients don't refuse unexpected packages).
