| In an increasingly global marketplace, the most visible aspect of Internationalization (I18N) is the translation of software terms, labels and screens into foreign languages, whether for warehouses located in other countries or language regions, or for staff who serve foreign language-speaking customers. By default IRMS is delivered in US English, but using the Language Manager has internal hooks built in for ready translation into other single- and double-byte character sets, as well as Localization mechanisms for foreign currencies, date formats (such as the EU standard DD/MM/YYYY) and cross-culture conscious button icons. The system, including both desktop and RF components, supports English, Spanish, French, Russian and 65 other languages. |
