Work Center Management
Built-in IRMS Work Center Management (Kitting & Assembly) provides complete production support for finished goods, including putaway as well as picking of the raw materials. This functionality in IRMS allows efficient and accurate tracking of the conversion of raw materials into finished goods using any of three major flows:

3PL Billing
The IRMS 3PL Billing add-on component is an Activities Based Costing system designed to accurately, flexibly and profitably identify Accounts Receivables (AR) opportunities generated by customers and consignors of the 3PL warehouse. It counts and formats IRMS transactions, IRMS computer-based activities to produce tailored invoice output for your AR system, ERP system or uploads to a Host system.
Fixed Assets Tracking
An integral part of the Shipping component, IRMS Fixed Assets Tracking provides a consumption reporting tool, enabling the warehouse manager to keep ahead of supply needs. This includes core tracking for the automotive industry, shipping container tracking, and CHEP pallet tracking, along with outbound order analysis for forecasting and trend reporting.
