Accelerated Integration Method
With speed and accuracy of the essence, Integrated Warehousing Solutions employs the Accelerated Integration Method, or AIM, to ensure project quality and system integrity. A proprietary structured approach, AIM is field-tested and demand-driven. Based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and other established project management methodologies, AIM has been used to deploy IRMS at more than 200 sites.
